Ensure learners progress effectively, maintain compliance with standards, and provide necessary support to learners throughout their programme journey What you'll do Monitor and facilitate learner progression to ensure they meet programme requirements and milestones. Ensure strict adherence to standards, policies, and regulatory requirements to maintain programme compliance. Perform comprehensive observations of learners in various contexts (on/off/integrated/external) and provide constructive feedback. Manage the programme learning evidence system for learners, including ownership, management of feedback, and marking of assessments. Develop and maintain manuals for each programme, ensuring clarity and consistency in programme delivery. What you'll have Previous experience in apprenticeship/programme coordination or a similar role. Knowledge of apprenticeship standards, policies, and compliance requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. What you'll get A competitive salary of £39,000 – dependent on capability. As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
