Tyto is looking for a

Cyber Warfare Instructor (Level-II)

to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This is a complex, multi-year contract supporting the 39th Information Operations Squadron, Detachment 2 dedicated to providing students with comprehensive training in cyberspace operational concepts, functions, and the tactical employment of offensive strategies (OCO).

Responsibilities:
Plan, research, and analyze computer Internet Protocol (IP) fundamentals, advanced IP concepts, tunneling, traffic analysis, CyO fundamentals, advanced CyO concepts, converging networks, and emerging technologies for integration into the curriculum where applicable.
Analyze, plan, design, develop, integrate, modify, update, and instruct on the employment and executions of Air Force Cyber, and Joint CMF capabilities.
Provide advanced instruction in creating CyO effects, against multiple functional network types (e.g. IP, cellular, wireless, public switch telephone, industrial control, radio, mission systems and air defense...).
Provide analyze, plan, design, develop, integrate, modify, update, and instruct curriculum on computer programming and scripting.
Analyze, plan, design, develop, integrate, modify, update, and instruct curriculum on Cyber Attack and Penetration.
Plan, design, develop, integrate, modify, update, and instruct practical application student training missions, mission scenarios, and mission evaluation tests or demonstrations for in-residence courseware, MTT, non-resident, on-line, and ADL.
Develop advanced cognitive and psychomotor/hands-on evaluation/testing methods and scenarios.
Identify, evaluate, and recommend detailed system requirements such as training ranges, sandboxes, and Integrated Development Environments to meet instructional needs.

Required:
3 or more years of Offensive Cyber Operator, Exploitation Analyst, or Digital Network Exploit Analyst background/experience (or) having evolved alongside the 39 IOS curriculum.
Instruction, training, curriculum development, mentorship targeted at developing a deep understanding and practical experience in offensive cyber operations.
In-depth knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Operating Systems (Linux and Windows), Programming, Scripting, Forensics and Packet Analysis.
IAT/M Level II certification
Associate degree
On-Site Support, w/ potential for Hybrid IAW client requirements/mission need

Desired:
Previous instruction, training, certification, or curriculum development in DoD OCO platform Mission Qualification Training (MQT)
In-depth demonstrable knowledge of multiple operating systems
Experience with malware triage and computer hacking/exploitation.
One or more of the following certifications are desired: GPEN, OSCP, OSCE, GCFA, RedHat+, Linux+

Security Clearance:
Active Department of Defense (DoD) TOP SECRET clearance w/SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) is required.

Travel Required:
Minimal, less than 10%
