Job Description

Customer Support Representative - Mendota, IL
ADM Ag Services & Oilseeds
This is a full-time, non-exempt position.

This colleague will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support for customers within the ADM Northern IL region.

As a member of the Customer Support Team, this individual will represent ADM well by being customer-focused, committed to accuracy and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Partner with the Origination Team to create and maintain excellent relationships with customers
Obtain strong working knowledge of ADM products and systems
Interact with customers regarding orders and documentation needs
Follow through on logistics for shipments from origin to destination
Process invoices and monitor accounts receivable
Review various reports daily to balance, ensure accurate application, etc.
Process customer requests and respond to inquiries
Research and obtain resolution of any customer issues
Cross training on all CSR responsibilities
Other reasonable tasks as assigned by manager

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications
A service-oriented focus on both internal and external customers
Ability to multitask, adapt and preform consistently in a fast paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate in and work as a team
A positive customer centric disposition
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
The ability to learn web-based and other computer applications as needed
Experience using internal systems is preferred
Associate's degree or previous Customer Support experience is preferred
Decision-making abilities
Attention to detail
ADM requires the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and a background check.
