Our routes span across the U.S., excluding NYC and its boroughs, offering a mix of variety and predictability in every haul. For every 12 days on the road, you'll enjoy a 48-hour reset at home in Fort Worth, Texas, zip code 76012. We prioritize your work-life balance so you can recharge and hit the road refreshed and ready.

Efficiency is at the heart of our operations, with no-touch freight and drop-and-hook processes that let you focus on driving. With an average haul distance of 700 to 750 miles, you'll tackle engaging routes while keeping the day manageable. And because we value your time, detention pay is provided when delays occur. If your DOT medical card has expired, don't worry-we'll assist you in getting it renewed, ensuring a smooth transition to our team.

Our fleet consists of 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth trucks, each equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, refrigerators, and mounts for TVs and microwaves. You can choose to take your truck home during off-duty periods or park at one of our terminals, offering flexibility to suit your needs.

From day one, you'll be set up for success with paid orientation that covers travel, meals, and hotel stays. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, vacation time, and 401k eligibility after six months. We also offer rider and pet policies, letting you bring along family or furry friends to make the road feel more like home.

Our straightforward application process starts with a phone interview, where we'll answer your questions and guide you through the details. In just three business days, you can expect to be ready to hit the road.
