Our client is looking for a dedicated full-cycle recruiter. As our client continues to grow and evolve, they seek an experienced Interim Senior Recruiter to join their team and manage full-cycle recruiting efforts in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN– Hybrid Opportunity; Seeking Minnesota / TwinCities basedcandidate only.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers.

Handle high-volume recruiting across various functions, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

Adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a fast-paced, growing organization and navigate ambiguity with ease.

Build strong relationships with hiring managers,understandingtheir needsand providingtailored recruiting solutions.

Establish rapport quickly with hiring leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and partner throughout the hiring process.

Deliver exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring timely communication and positive, professional interaction at every stage of the recruitment process.

Operate independently, managing your line of business with minimal supervision.

Identify and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

Proactively address and resolve challenges, continuously improving recruitment processes to meet organizational goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and growing work environment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and pivot easily.

Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding candidate experiences and establish rapport quickly with hiring leaders.

Self-directed, solutions-oriented mindset with a proven ability to manage your line of business.
