RN/Practice Administrator - DIRECT HIRE - Cardiology
Challenging position offers a "step up" from nursing into administration.
LOCATION:
Will be primarily assigned to Cary location and will be responsible for practices in both Raleigh and Cary and will perform site visits in both locales.
HOURS :
Mon to Fri, 8 am to 5 pm
Position Description: Responsible
for the administration of new and existing practice locations
Understands compliance and regulatory obligations.
Assists, facilitates, coordinates, and directs practice operations. Provides data for analysis of business growth and works on special projects as directed.
Maximizes the performance of multiple locations.
Collaborate with leadership in the organization
Understands the need to use research, national benchmarking, and performance improvement.
Will perform site visits and oversite with Practice Managers at both Raleigh and Cary locations.
