We are looking for a leader to inspire, motivate and continue to develop a driven team through our successful growth. We have a positive, inclusive company culture with a strong foundation and are looking for a leader to join our dynamic team Responsibilities Develop business and marketing strategies to reach customers, expand store traffic and optimize profitability. Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Provide creative ideas for displays and lead team in setup of merchandise. Ensure prompt resolution of all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.). Continue to stay current with knowledge of dresses, inventory, and trends related to the overall customer experience. Value individuality and diverse talents of sales team. Lead by communicating expectations, providing guidance, delivering feedback, and empowering associates to do their best. Be a shining example of well behavior and high-performance standards. Must have a desire to learn, strategize and oversee both social media and print marketing. Physical requirement to walk and stand continually through and 8-hour shift. Occasional lifting of mannequins, moving and unpacking of boxes and other physical labor.
