Location: Rosemead, CA 91770 - Onsite
Position: Document Imaging Specialist
Pay Rate: $31.44/hr.
Duration: 12 months or longer
Shift: 1st shift, M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload:
- Scan physical contracts and convert them to digital format.
- Verify clarity and accuracy of scanned files.
- Upload contracts to the EDMRM system, following naming conventions.
- Ensure data security and handle sensitive documents with discretion.
- Troubleshoot scanning and uploading issues.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, and communication skills.
- Broad knowledge in appropriate field, usually obtained through extensive training and work experience.
- Typically possesses two or more years of experience in the field performing analysis or five or more years of experience performing related functions requiring specialized training and education.
