Specialist, Welder/Fabricator

Job Description

ASRC Federal Field Services is seeking a Specialist, Welder/Fabricator in support of our Vance AFB Base Operations Support Contract located in Enid, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for fabricating, installing, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing metal pipes, parts, structures, and equipment. Performs all types of welding, sheet metal forming, and HVAC duct work fabrication. Assists with maintenance on hoists, garage doors, metal roofs, soffits, gutters, and metal fencing. Operates tools and equipment associated with sheet metal fabrication and welding. Must be knowledgeable in the appropriate state, federal, and Air Force codes and regulations. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Oklahoma Welder Certifications License is required with the 6-G level welding test certification
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident due to contract requirements
