Position Overview:
As an Exterior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of exterior construction projects. Working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, you will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, resources, and milestones.
Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure all project requirements are understood and met.
2. Client Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
Conduct site visits and meetings to assess project requirements and specifications.
3. Budget and Cost Management:
Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial goals.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies without compromising quality.
4. Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that projects meet or exceed industry standards.
Conduct inspections and address any issues or defects promptly.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Proactively address issues as they arise to keep projects on track.
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.
Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their success.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the exterior construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
