Job Overview

Realiza operaciones de manufactura haciendo "set-up" en las mquinas CNC's asegurando que las mismas estn corriendo y produciendo piezas siguiendo los procedimientos y parmetros establecidos.

A Day In The Life

1. Responsable por correctamente cumplimentar y registrar la informacin de su asistencia, produccin diaria, material, piezas, producto desechado ("scrap") data estadstica para grficas de control, tableros hora por hora, tableros SQDC, segn aplique y otros segn le sea requerido.

2. Se asegura de cumplir y llevar a cabo lo establecido en las Polticas, Procedimientos y Reglas de Seguridad Ocupacional, Calidad, Ambiental, Seguridad de Planta Fsica, Finanzas, y otras.

3. Realiza otras tareas relacionadas dentro del rea de trabajo, segn instrucciones del Supervisor o persona designada.

What will help you thrive in this role?
Graduado de una Escuela tcnica o un mnimo de tres (3) aos de experiencia trabajando con tornos con control numrico (CNC)
Saber programacin de CNC.
Saber leer planos mecnicos y conocimiento de "Statistical Process Control" (SPC).
Saber utilizar herramientas de medir tales como: calipers, micrmetros, para su aplicacin en realizar ajustes en equipos y/o maquinarias.
