The housekeeping leader oversees the housekeeping department and is responsible for ensuring a clean and safe environment for all guests. They lead, train, and supervise the housekeeping team while ensuring all housekeeping staff follow the proper safety and sanitation standards. This supervisory role is typically full-time in a retail setting and reports to the general manager. We're looking for a professional, experienced housekeeping leader to perform impeccable housekeeping services and provide our guests with a safe and clean environment for an exceptional visit with us. You'll lead the housekeeping team, ensure team members comply with high standards of cleanliness and sanitation protocol, and oversee the housekeeping department budget. Experience in a supervisory role overseeing housekeeping staff or a similar role is required. If you have excellent communication skills and leadership experience, we highly encourage you to apply. This skill is important so they can clean hidden places that hold dust and dirt. The job also requires a certain level of physical strength, so the ideal candidate will be fit enough to walk and bend for extended periods. They may also have to lift heavy items multiple times during shifts.An experienced Housekeeper is adept at time management because they must quickly perform their duties. Another attribute of a great Housekeeper is uniformity. They can work with little or no supervision.Salary Description DOE Starting at $16 per hour
