Required:
•Experience as a Project Estimator within field engineering, and construction management (entry-level - 3+ years; for Lead - 5+ years);
•Estimating or construction experience on large, heavy civil projects in the power market sector (junior level - 1+ years, for senior - 5+ years; for Lead - 7+ years);
•Solar experience;
•Valid driver`s license.

Preferred:
•Experience in renewables or high voltage transmission;
•Bachelor's Degree in the following Fields of Study: Mechanical or Civil Engineering, Construction Science, Construction Management .

Responsibilities:
•Prepare capital cost estimates;
•Review designs and specifications for cost-effectiveness and suggest alternatives, when appropriate;
•Coordinate with other departments, ensuring understanding of project objectives and efficient utilization of resources;
•Review layouts, designs, and specifications for cost-effectiveness and suggest alternatives, when appropriate;
•Remain current with technology and industry evolution, assuring that capital estimates anticipate the correct market conditions;
•Establish, build, and implement metrics for cost and construction estimate checks;
•Mentor and develop junior members of the team;
•Perform other job-related duties as assigned .
