Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The Customer Service Representative will work with team members to support and grow the Grove Defense business.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead production planning meetings with purchasing and military product teams.
  • Support whole goods quote requests and ensure compliance with FAR and DFAR regulations.
  • Develop training materials for Manitowoc's dealer network on government contracts.
  • Assist with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) implementation.
  • Submit the annual Grove Defense Small Business Plan to DCMA.
  • Maintain Government Property records and submit annually to DCMA.
  • Update quarterly business reviews and develop subcontractor agreements.
  • Process Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and support business continuity.
  • Provide quotes, manage customer orders, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate internally with departments such as engineering, purchasing, and quality.
  • Communicate externally with the Defense Logistics Agency, TACOM, Oshkosh Defense, and U.S. Military personnel.
Qualifications:
  • Associate/Technical degree with 5+ years of experience or high school diploma with 9+ years of related experience.
  • Experience with government accounts preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Teams, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
  • Ability to read diagrams and parts illustrations.
  • Knowledge of FAR, government contracting, and compliance preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and time management skills. Detail-oriented.
