Working to support Manufacturing leadership, manages tools, fixtures, and gages as manufacturing prerequisites to ensure seamless execution of work in manufacturing (Machining, Assembly, Welding and Inspection)Your Challenge:Monitor high use tooling to ensure min/max quantities are maintained.Responsible for tooling inventory and accountabilityIssue, receive, and store tools in storage area.Operate material handling equipment like pallet jacks, powered industrial forklifts, cranes, etc.Deliver and return tools, fixtures, and gages to tool storage location(s)Disassemble, clean, refurbish, assemble tools for manufacturing.Disassemble, clean, refurbish fixtures for manufacturing.Observe all safety, environmental and hygiene requirements.Keep work areas clean and neat.Order tooling, to include specialty tooling for precision applications.Your Expertise:High School graduateKnowledge of tooling in reference to CNC applicationsMinimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing / machining environmentSelf-starter, highly motivated, action-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and results-drivenExcellent communication skills with knowledge of MS Office.Must be a sole US citizen and able to obtain and ability to secure a DOD security clearance.Who We Are: Our ValuesEnvironmental, Social and GovernanceCurtiss-Wright Steam & Air Solutions (SAS), a business unit of Curtiss-Wright, designs, manufactures, tests and provides - Navy steam turbines and steam valves, nuclear steam turbines, and aftermarket steam parts, upgrades, and overhauls.
