NetSuite ERP Specialist
Location : Detroit (On-site/Hybrid)
Duration : Full-Time/Direct Hire

Softworld is currently recruiting for a NetSuite ERP Specialist to work in Detroit. The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced NetSuite ERP Specialist with a proven track record of at least 7 years in system maintenance, configuration, and upgrades. They possess a strong blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, enabling them to effectively meet the organization's evolving operational needs while driving continuous improvement within the NetSuite ERP environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
NetSuite ERP Maintenance and Configuration:
Manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP system to ensure it meets the organization's operational needs.
Configure NetSuite modules, workflows, and customizations according to business requirements.
Implement upgrades and patches to keep the system up-to-date and optimized for performance.
Integration and Customization:
Develop and maintain custom Suite Scripts, workflows, and integrations to enhance system functionality and streamline business processes.
Set up and support integrations with external systems, including bank integration, SFTP setup, REST and SOAP API setup, and other third-party applications.
Manage data integration between NetSuite ERP and other finance enterprise applications, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Reporting and Analytics:
Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics within NetSuite ERP to provide insights into business performance and support decision-making processes.
Configure permissions and access controls to ensure data security and compliance with regulatory requirements.
User Support and Training:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users across various departments, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operation of the NetSuite ERP system.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate users on system functionality, best practices, and new features.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to NetSuite ERP and IT processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization, proposing and implementing enhancements to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the NetSuite ERP system.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and other departments, to gather requirements, assess needs, and implement solutions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Experience:
Minimum of 7 years' experience in NetSuite ERP maintenance, configuration, and upgrades.
Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology-related discipline.
Strong understanding of the IT industry, including emerging technologies, industry standards, support services, architectures, and systems design.
Ability to work with team members across various levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a teamwork mindset.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining custom Suite Scripts, workflows, bank integration, SFTP setup, REST and SOAP API setup, and supporting integrations.
Experience in developing and maintaining custom reports, configurations, and permissions within NetSuite ERP.
Proficient in managing data integration from and to finance enterprise applications.
