Responsibilities
- Making and returning B2B collection calls
- Sending and responding to customer emails
- Reprinting invoices, credits and returns
- Negotiating with Customers regarding payment plans
- Recommending release or initiation of accounts for credit hold
- Reviewing account history, running billing reports to review claims of errors
- Searching in Great Plains and other platforms for billing and payment transactions
- Working in Excel, creating pivot tables, reports and recording notes
