Understanding the logistics and operations of our commercial, institutional, and wholesale business operations. Stores materials/equipment as needed in the facility. Upholds environmental health and safety standards. Works closely with internal customers such as Distribution Center team members, Branch Associates, and Sales Managers. Provides excellent customer service to external customers who visit the site (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners). Learn parts tracking and management process to maintain parts and supplies and pull orders when needed. Collaborate with the forklift team to support material handling to plan for the staging, loading, and unloading product process. Other duties as assigned by the Distribution Center Manager. Follows safety procedures and training to ensure a safe and productive workspace. Willing to work a daily schedule from approximately 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (some teams may plan a work schedule that can flex up to 60 minutes to support the business needs).
