Staff Accountant

Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Accountant/Office Manager. As a Staff Accountant/Office Manager, you will be responsible for processing accounting transactions as well as various Office Manager tasks. Your tasks will include managing accounts transactions maintaining financial records, coordinating office activities, engaging with external customers, and providing general administrative support to the team. Communication skills are of utmost importance, both oral and written, as well as a high comfort level with multi-tasking as we are an entrepreneurial-minded company that appreciates true team spirit.
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable/Receivable
Bank reconciliations
Ad Hoc account reconciliations
Journal entry preparation
Contact vendors, if necessary, regarding invoices
Assist with internal processes
Assist with month-end and year-end processing and audits
Organize and update financial records
Assist with projects such as process development and system implementations
Other administrative tasks as needed by management
Skills:
Accounting, Accounts receivable, Journal entry, Accounts payable, Reconciliation, Month end
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
Proven experience in accounting or office management
Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience Level:
Intermediate Level
