**Job Title: Rework Welder**

**Job Description**

We are seeking skilled Rework Welders to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for grinding parts, reworking, and rewelding components that come off the production line. You will evaluate each part to determine if it can be reworked rather than discarded. Your tasks will include using a hand grinder, deciding whether to use a MIG or TIG welder, and performing some blueprint reading. This position also involves a mix of production and job shop welding tasks, along with general shop clean-up duties.

**Work Environment**

Join our team at a facility that specializes in automotive stamping for prominent electric vehicle manufacturers. We have openings across three shifts: 1st shift (Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 2 PM), 2nd shift (Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 10 PM), and 3rd shift (Sunday to Thursday). Compensation ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, with a shift premium of $1.50 for the 2nd shift and $1.00 for the 3rd shift. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position, with a typical workweek of 40 to 45 hours.
