Description Valiant Residential is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Recruiter to join our team. Our company is growing, and we are in need of a qualified and experienced professional to help us fill key roles. Your role will be fundamental in continuing to build out our industry leading team. Key Responsibilities

Meet regularly with corporate leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and manage their candidate pool. Create and manage job postings that are compelling and accurate to help entice strong candidate acquisition. Meet with applicants to discuss potential roles and to screen for suitability. Seek out candidates through networking, social media, and other means to ensure the top candidates are sourced for open roles. Act as liaison between hiring team and candidates throughout the interview process. Coordinate with partners on the HR team to ensure swift and accurate onboarding of new team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements

Job Skills and Requirements

5 years recruiting experience. Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field. Excellent communication skills. Professional demeanor. Strong technical acumen with Microsoft products, LinkedIn, and other recruiting sources. Willingness to work on-site at our Dallas, TX headquarters.
