Lead the Way in Evening Care: RN Supervisor Opportunity at Braden River Rehabilitation Center

Braden River Rehabilitation Center is searching for a qualified and dedicated *RN Supervisor* to join our team In this pivotal role, you'll oversee and manage the clinical services on an assigned unit, ensuring exceptional resident care, efficient operations, and a supportive work environment for the evening staff.

*What You'll Do:*
* Collaborate with the Unit Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and manage clinical services for your assigned unit.
* Conduct walking rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and ensure adherence to regulations.
* Provide guidance and support to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Respond to emergencies and ensure resident and staff safety.
* Address resident and family concerns, promoting open communication and a positive experience.
* Oversee the implementation of resident care plans and participate in the care planning process.
* Supervise and mentor certified nursing assistants (CNAs) according to state regulations.
* Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
* Document resident care accurately and comprehensively.
* Perform general nursing duties as needed, including medication administration, data collection, and resident education.
*We are looking for an RN with:*
* A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred) or an Associate's degree in Nursing (required).
* A valid state RN license.
* One to three years of supervisory experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting (preferred).
* Strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to resident-centered care.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.
