Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic initiatives to streamline preparing equipment items for shipment and optimize transport loading processes, aiming for cost reduction and increased efficiency.
- Analyze operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with departments such as Fulfillment, Distribution, Logistics, Quality Control, Safety, and Installation Project Managers to transform delivery and installation processes.
- Develop and implement cost-saving measures that reduce the overall expenses associated with delivery and installation processes.
- Document project schedules, progress, coordination meetings, and action items using project information tools.
- Regularly report project progress, challenges, and achievements to senior leaders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes that could impact delivery and installation operations.
- Ability to lead under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing business environments.
- Strong analytical abilities with a proven record of implementing data-driven process improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects and initiatives successfully.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, influencing project stakeholders to achieve mutual goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills working with cross-functional teams to tackle complex issues and streamline operations.
- Promotes a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize activities to meet scheduled completion dates.
- Traveling 25% to manufacturing or customer locations, including overnight stays, may be necessary.
- Possesses a valid State Driver's License.
- Bachelor's degree and two or more years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, load planning, logistics, or a closely related field.
- Proficient using Microsoft Productivity Tools, Box, Salesforce, and Tableau.
