•Deep experience in UKG Dimensions - Timekeeper, Accruals, Advanced Scheduling modules.

•Preferred certification as Timekeeper dimensions consultant.

•Ability to track tickets and interact with multiple stake holders.

•Experience in trouble shooting and configuring Kronos Timekeeper & scheduler.

•Knowledge of project cycle including gathering requirements, ability to convert the requirements to design and deliver the solution to the client.

•Ability to present clear status reports of the tasks to the stake holders.

•Ability to do estimation for a requirement to meet the timelines

Troubleshooting skills and configuration experience using UKG (legacy Kronos) Workforce Dimensions (R7 or higher) / Workforce Central (v.8.0, or higher) in one or more of its modules (Timekeeper / Accruals / Attestation / Activities).
•SQL and/or other query tools.
•Ability to translate business requirements in technical system specifications.
•Ability to develop current and future state process flows
•Ability to analyze complex data or facts, find patterns, and organize and summarize findings.
•Ability to work on complex, fast-paced projects in a collaborative team setting.
•Experience with Boomi integration

Must have been a part of implementation of real-time and scheduled integration processes.

Must have good understanding of various data formats XML, JSON, CSV, Database and EDI (Good to have) Thorough understanding of REST, SOAP, Webservices and API Communication protocols S/FTP/S, HTTP/S, File I/O, CSV, xml and cxml etc.

Must Have worked on Kronos connector
