Synerfac is seeking a Jr. Structural Engineer for our client in Charleston, Parkersburg, Fairmont, WV and Athens, OH. Our client provides comprehensive Architecture, Engineering and Surveying services, focused on precise results, efficient practices and community minded solutions.

This individual will assume the role of Structural Engineer for our organization and will join a team of other structural professionals servicing a diverse base of clients throughout WV and OH.

Responsibilities:
- Analysis and design of steel, reinforced concrete and masonry structures for static and dynamic loading from foundation to super structure
- Use of finite elements on complex structures and use of application software in structural design; * Planning review, layout and details of construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings, field inspections and investigations
- Cost estimating and technical writing
- Development of project scopes, engineering budgets, and design schedules
- Preparation of technical reports
- Application of building codes and standards.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Structural/Civil Engineering
- 1-3 years of experience
- Proficient using AutoCad and Revit
