Description

  • Work collaboratively with customer service, sales, and clients to address quality concerns promptly.
  • Develop and enforce fitness-for-use quality standards, testing protocols, and equipment.
  • Implement statistical process control systems for quality enhancement.
  • Utilize statistical methods to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Create sampling plans and generate analytical reports with recommendations.
  • Ensure products meet company and customer quality standards.
  • Monitor and assess quality performance.
  • Inspect materials, equipment, processes, and products for quality compliance.
  • Collaborate with operations management on controls and enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and SQF regulations.

Profile

  • Hold a degree in quality, packaging, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
  • Preferably possess ASQ certification.
  • Have 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in coding and using QA software tools and processes.
  • Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent project management capabilities.
