What Youll Do:

  • Provide first-line technical support, resolving user issues and escalating complex problems.
  • Configure new employee accounts, set up hardware, and manage user permissions.
  • Troubleshoot audio and video equipment for a seamless collaboration experience.
  • Participate in special IT projects, gaining valuable experience.

Who Were Looking For:

  • 1+ year of experience supporting IT users in a Windows environment through a ticketing system.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Ability to troubleshoot PC hardware, printers, scanners, and mobile devices (iOS and Android).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with users and resolve their technical issues.
