LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an experienced and results-driven Global Order Fulfillment Manager to join their team in the Ypsilanti, MI area. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of global order management strategies, processes, and best practices to ensure efficient and effective order processing across multiple regions and markets. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global order management policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of order management professionals located in different regions, providing direction, support, and guidance to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, supply chain, logistics, finance, and IT, to optimize order-to-cash processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee all aspects of order fulfillment, including order entry, allocation, scheduling, shipping, and invoicing, to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track order management performance across regions, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, distributors, and service providers, to facilitate efficient order processing and resolve issues proactively.
  • Leverage technology and automation tools to streamline order management processes, enhance data visibility, and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate order management performance, trends, and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing global operations.
  • Strong knowledge of order management systems (OMS), Salesforce and enterprise resource planning (ERP) NetSuite system, and related technologies; experience with implementation or optimization projects preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams across multiple locations and cultures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive business decisions and process improvements.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a global context.
  • Pricing experience handling multiple pricelists in various currencies.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry or managing international trade compliance activities is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%
