IT Support Specialist

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Assist with maintaining the Fraser, Ltd. technology infrastructure. Provide users with network technical support. Respond to needs and questions concerning their employee network access and IT resources. Set up and install hardware, software and peripherals for employee use. Assist with maintenance of the organization’s websites. Liaison with IT Consultants and other vendors in solving IT related problems. Carries out special projects as assigned by supervisor. Perform duties outlined in the Business Office binder as required for the position. Education and/or Experience The IT Specialist should be experienced in support of Microsoft products, networking, and server maintenance and upkeep. They must have a strong familiarity with PC hardware and software. This individual must be a self-starter who can interact well with all levels of Fraser, Ltd. staff. Must possess strong analytical interpersonal, and communication skills and have the ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment. Start Your Journey Today
