**Job Title: Tool and Die Maker/Benchman****Job Description**Join our team in Goshen, IN as a Tool & Die Maker/Benchman on the 1st shift. The responsibilities primarily involve benchwork as opposed to reactive die work. You will be tasked with repairing or remaking tooling and dies for production using various presses like restrike, stamping, and progressive. Additionally, you will operate manual lathes and mills, utilize different grinders, operate Wire EDM and CNC Trak Mills, and interpret in-depth blueprint drawings to determine critical data for machine operations.**Hard Skills**+ Single Hit Die Building/Repair+ Progressive Die Building/Repair+ CNC/Manual Machining+ Operation of manual lathes and mills+ Utilization of various grinders+ Operation of Wire EDM and CNC Trak Mills+ Interpretation of in-depth blueprint drawings**Soft Skills**+ Attention to detail+ Problem-solving skills+ Ability to work independently**Job Type**This is a permanent position.**Work Site**This is a fully on-site position in Goshen, Indiana.**Work Environment**The position is based in our fabrication plant, surrounded by large press machines, CNC machines, robots, lasers, etc. The nature of the work and environment means that the plant is somewhat dirty.**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
