We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at the St. Louis, MO Taste, Texture and Health (TTH) manufacturing site. The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and maintainability of equipment, utilities, and facilities used in the manufacturing process. This role will require a strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles, data analysis, and project management skills.

Your Key Responsibilities Develop and implement reliability programs to improve equipment uptime and reduce maintenance costs Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations to identify equipment failures and implement corrective actions Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure equipment is maintained in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and industry best practices Lead and Participate in new equipment installation and commissioning projects to ensure reliability and maintainability requirements are met Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement preventive maintenance plans Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and reliability
