Key Responsibilities as a Dentist:

  • Comprehensive Care: Perform thorough dental examinations and accurately diagnose oral health issues. Carry out treatments such as cleanings, restorations, and other dental procedures with attention to detail.
  • Personalized Treatment: Design and present individualized treatment plans that cater to each patient's unique dental needs. Educate patients on their options, guiding them toward informed decisions about their oral health.
  • Patient Engagement: Foster a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for patients, building trust and ensuring a positive experience. Provide care with empathy and a patient-first mentality.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless operations. Provide input and leadership to uphold best practices within the clinic.
  • Protocol Adherence: Strictly follow clinical protocols, including those related to infection control and patient safety. Refer patients to specialists when advanced care is needed.
What We're Looking for in a Dentist:
  • Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited institution.
  • A valid, active dental license in good standing.
  • Experience in performing a wide range of dental procedures, including exams, cleanings, and restorations.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in explaining treatment plans and educating patients.
