Must Haves

10+ years of overall IT experience. Strong knowledge of Data Science mathematical and statistical principles. Ability to communicate technical concepts and implications effectively to non-technical business partners. High energy and a sense of urgency to deliver results, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously & meet deadlines. Capability to anticipate and prevent project roadblocks before they occur. Familiarity with working in an Agile framework. Intangibles : Typical that we look for; leadership qualities, proactive, collaborative, polished/professional.

Strongly Preferred : Palantir or Azure Databricks, PySpark programming, any Spark related work

Preferred

Experience with Palantir Foundry or Tableau Strong understanding of health care industry, products, and systems.

Hands-On Technical Experience :

Programming in SQL and Python Data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau) Building machine learning and/or optimization models. Spark/PySpark. Cloud Distributed-Computing Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure Databricks, etc.) Querying/Mining large datasets and deploying projects on cloud systems. Knowledge of Git for version control.
