Our Carpet Techs perform a multitude of flooring cleaning and repair services throughout the area.This is an entry level position, but it has the potential to rapidly grow into a fantastic career for the right individual. This position is part time through our winter months and will grow into a FT role as the weather warms.Your workday will start at our shop in Cleveland, where you pick up the van. Day to day work would be performed using company equipment and vehicles on multiple different job sites in the Cleveland and Akron areas. All of our equipment, including our truck mounts are newer and in excellent condition for you seasoned techs out there. Refresh focuses on the apartment make ready space with carpet cleaning, stain removal, repairs and more.It is a requirement to have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license for this position.About UsRefresh provides services to the multi-family industry, helping large management companies get apartment units ready for a new tenant to move in. Services include bath refinishing, carpet cleaning, painting and janitorial services. The company was founded in 2016 and has already grown into a well-known and respected company in its space. The company is currently wrapping up its franchise model and is getting ready to sell these franchise businesses in the coming months. This means many future new opportunities to advance with us Fantastic opportunity to grow into a leadership positionResponsibilities:Cleaning of carpet and tile flooringCarpet repair & patchingStain Spotting & RemovalWater extraction, relays and cleaning for floodsMaintain equipment. Including regular cleaning of vans and equipmentSkills and Experience:• No college required.At least 1-2 years of experience in carpet cleaning is preferred but not requiredClean driving history and a valid Driver's License is required as you will be driving our carpet vanBackground check for licensing requirementsMonday-Friday AM Shift AvailabilitySome knowledge or experience working with apartment communities is a plus but not requiredHourly + Commission based pay
