Location- SAN JOSE, CA (Onsite Position)
Role- Contract only
Role name: Business Consultant Role Description: •Develop and strengthen relationships, collaborating with executive sponsors, program team members, and functional partners to ensure organizational change for programs is planned and executed optimally•Engage with business & IT team members to ensure cross-team & multi-functional collaboration and alignment•Assess the magnitude of a given change and recommend the appropriate level of engagement to successfully minimize disruption and drive adoption•Deliver on all areas of change including end user identification and engagement, change impacts and readiness, communications at all levels, training assessment and development, anticipating and addressing resistance, and reinforcement (additional details below)•Drive continuous improvement, incorporating feedback and lessons learned into updated Change and Program Management processes and tools•Partner with another BCM resource, the Field readiness and Enablement team, and the broader BCM team to execute the following for the Net Dollar Retention Program:1. Review and update all training materials created to date:o Sales Enablemento Sales forecastingo SLMo Dictionary / Glossary2. Support creation of new training materials:o Adjustment toolo Partner Programo Native CRM reporting changes 3. Author and coordinate for review all communication to stakeholders regarding N$R program phases:o Data Clean-upo Dual reportingo GTM Planning kickoffo Release (Sales Comp Summit)o Post release support4. Revised training and communication plan:o Consideration of GTM planning kick-off5. Facilitate training of a basic understanding to:o SOMso Sales Managerso Forecastingo RRPO teamo Partner Managerso Finance (support only)o Romania team (support only)6. Develop and manage the Change Agent Network7. Develop and report on adoption metrics8. Support hyper care activities - Post release support (office hours, communication, training materials revision...)
