Truly Nolen pest Control is North Americas largest family owned Pest Control Company. Our local franchise is seeking energetic, outgoing, enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team. We are currently hiring entry level Pest Control Technicians. Successful candidates can transition into a full time year round role with us. This is a real opportunity for the right candidate(s) to build a long term career with us.

***A Pest Control Service Technician includes the following items;***

* Utilizing your training to complete exterior spider controls for homes and structures

* Complete exterior portions of our Home protection plan programs

* Complete wasp/hornet applications as the season progresses

* Provide superior customer service to our customers through professional, friendly, helpful interactions with them.

* Sell these services to interested neighbors of clients who express interest at the job site

* Willingness to work on ladders from time to time

* There is a lot of walking, bending, and kneeling with this position.

* This position does work outside and is subject to varying weather conditions.

***The successful Candidate(s) shall have***

* High School Diploma or higher

* Valid , Full G Drivers license with a relatively clean driving record

* Must be a minimum of nineteen years old for insurance purposes

* Strong communication skills and unwavering professionalism

* Some customer service/sales experience

* Desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally

* Willingness to adhere to a company dress code

***Pest Control Experience***

* Is an asset but not required

* We are prepared to train the right individual(s)

* You will need to acquire a Provincial Structural Exterminators license within 6 months of commencing work with us.

***Hours of Operation***

* Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 5.00 pm

* Occasionally the day may start earlier or finish later depending on the work load and the customers needs.

* There will be the occasional Saturday required.

**Remuneration**

Starts at $18.50 per hour

* Plus bonuses

* Plus Commissions

* Paid Training

* Overtime pay
