What You’ll Be Doing

The Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst will report to the CFO and will support operations and accounting. You will be responsible for the following:

Own the annual budgeting process – requires working across all departments to gather the appropriate information and being responsible for pulling all information together into the annual budget Developing/maintaining on a monthly basis the rolling annual and look-ahead forecast to include cash forecasting Helping develop/maintain a metrics and analysis dashboard Report on variances to budget/forecast Provide opinions/ recommendations to help improve profits/margins based upon knowledge of the business and assessment of the data Develop maintain effective relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization Own the ERP Security framework/setup Be one of the SMEs in the ERP setup/transactional flow and work across all business departments to provide insight where the ERP could be a helpful tool to improve business processes. You will not function alone, this will be in conjunction with others who also have in-depth ERP knowledge

BS in Finance or Accounting or BS in computer science with commensurate business experience working as a Business Analyst 3+ years of FP&A Experience MS Office Products with advanced Excel knowledge Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau or other dashboarding software a plus Knowledge of MS SQL, or Oracle SQL and writing queries and Stored Procedures a plus
