We are seeking qualified candidates who are highly dependable, upbeat, and positive team players. Position requires an extremely detail-oriented individual who can manage a very fastpaced office environment. Excellent written and communication skills are essential. Problem solving capabilities, telephone and customer service skills, basic computer skills, and consummate professionalism are required. Management and administrative experience are strongly recommended. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent by start date.

Employment Dates: June 5 – September 1, 2024 Hours: 3:30 PM to 9:30 PM, Tuesday through Saturday (training hours may vary)

Duties Include: Fostering a positive and productive office environment for staff members Maintaining constant and clear communication with the theater manager Answering Box Office phones Processing daily customer sales Processing cash and credit card transactions Auditing cash drawers and sales records daily Maintaining a working knowledge of the drama, our policies, and our facilities Answering general questions from patrons and visitors Must be comfortable working with computers Must maintain a professional attitude and demeanor at all times Please send resume, 3 professional references, and statement of interest to: info@tecumsehdrama.com INTERESTED IN JOINING THE CHAMBER?
