About the Role

Anza seeks a

Solar

Technology Engineer

, responsible for fostering the data life cycle and cultivating new interactive ways for our Customers to engage with the information on our one-of-a-kind procurement platform.

The Solar Technology Engineer responsibilities include:

Responsible for the technical evaluation of solar modules on our platform

Manage and improve upon the data standards and communicate with the Supplier Team and Manufacturers directly on how to meet or exceed the requirements

Serve as a technical expert to advise Customers on solar module differences and help them address project specific concerns and constraints

Lead and support initiatives to bring the data forward onto our platform in a manner Customers and Suppliers can easily access and understand

Leads & supports continuous improvement activities involving the data life cycle

Supports relationship and data sharing activities with 3rd Party Engineering and Laboratory Firms

Maintains focus on priority business needs amongst a dynamic and fast-paced solar market

Other duties as assigned

While no one individual will possess them all, the successful candidate will bring many of the following experiences, skills, and attributes:

Have 3+ years experience in Solar, preferable to Quality Assurance Labs or Insurance/Financing Partners

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

Have demonstrated an ability to structure and quality control data

Have experience solving problems and collaborating with diverse group of stakeholders

Be comfortable working on a small team in a fast-paced environment

Excitement about growing along with a fast-paced, dynamic company; comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to build, experiment, and iterate when the path forward is undefined

A passion for renewable energy, addressing the climate crisis, and accelerating the clean energy transformation
