Ihre Aufgaben:

Steuerung und Abwicklung von einkaufsseitigen (Teil-) Projekten unterschiedlicher Grenordnung im Rahmen individueller Kundenprojekte

Koordination von Ausschreibungen und Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Leistungsbeschreibungen und Kalkulationen

Entwicklung, Kommunikation und Ausfhrung von komplexen Vergabestrategien einzelner Baugruppen und Produktkategorien auf lokaler, regionaler oder globaler Ebene

Lieferantenauswahl und -qualifizierung durch aktive Lieferanten- und Partnerfirmenanalyse, -bewertung und -evaluierung

Vertragsverhandlungen, Abschlsse, Bestellungen ttigen mit dem Ziel Kosten und Lieferzeiten zu reduzieren und Vertrge rechtssicher zu gestalten

Aktive Kapazitten-Sicherung durch exklusive Bindung von Lieferanten fr konkrete Projekte

Kontinuierliche Risikoanalyse und frhzeitige Erkennung von Strgren im Projektverlauf sowie ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Kommunikation an die Projektleitung

Sicherstellung der Versorgungssicherheit fr die zu verantwortenden Projekte

Expediting = berwachung vertragskonformer Umsetzung (Qualitt, Kosten, Termine)

Verantwortung fr das Claim Management im Projekteinkauf

Initiierung und Durchfhrung von Kosten- und Wertanalysen bei Lieferanten, zur Erzeugung von Kostentransparenz und Verbesserung der Kostensituation

Zusammenarbeit und Untersttzung des Vertriebsteams in Angebotsverhandlungen

Analyse mglicher Einkaufsvorteile innerhalb der Schunk Group und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Zentraleinkauf

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene kaufmnnische Berufsausbildung (bspw. Industriekaufmann/-frau) undWeiterbildung zum geprften Fachwirt/Fachkaufmann/-frau

Mehrjhrige Berufserfahrung im Projekteinkauf im Sonderanlagenbau, Engineering und Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen TGA oder Gebudetechnik

Technische Kompetenz, Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstrke

Ausgeprgte Kooperations- und Koordinationsfhigkeiten sowie analytische, zielorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Kenntnisse einschlgiger Softwaretools bspw. MS-Office und SAP

Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
