**Ourisman Chantilly Kia** is looking for a full-time Receptionist/Cashier to join our team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Answers dealership group phones

* Greets and receives customers

* Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduces the customer to a salesperson

* Handle money

* Updates customer records

* Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

* Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents

* Assists in scheduling and confirming sales appointments

**REQUIREMENTS** :

* Excellent communication skills

* Outgoing and positive demeanor

* Basic Accounting skills

* Flexible schedule with evening and Saturdays

* Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility

* Valid drivers license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report

* Able to clear a pre-employment background check

* Maintains a professional appearance

**Hours:**

**Monday to Friday: 7:00-3:00**

**Saturdays: Off**

**Sundays: Off**
