Your Tasks** Als IT-Projektmanager (m/w/d) bist Du von unserem Hauptsitz in Nrnberg aus die Schnittstelle zwischen den technischen Teams und unsere Kunden. Deine Aufgaben umfassen: * Du bist verantwortlich fr die strategische und operative Planung, Steuerung und Durchfhrung von internationalen Projekten im Bereich IT-Support * Auerdem bist Du fr die Einhaltung von Service Level Agreements (SLAs) verantwortlich * Du fhrst Vertragsstrategiesitzungen durch, um Probleme und Kundenanforderungen zu identifizieren, Preisdiskussionen zu erleichtern und Input vom Management zu Zeitplnen und Leistungen zu erhalten * Du ermittelst Optimierungsbedarf bei Prozessen und Dienstleistungen und leitest entsprechende Manahmen ein, um einen hohen Qualittsstandard unserer IT-Dienstleistungen zu gewhrleisten **

Our Requirements** * Berhrungspunkte mit der Projektleitung und/oder der Organisation von Mitarbeitern * Idealerweise Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt * Logisches Verstndnis fr IT, mglichst auch privates Interesse an Hard- und Softwarethemen * Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, sowie die Fhigkeit selbststndig Entscheidungen zu treffen * Verhandlungsgeschick und berzeugungskraft, sowohl in Einzel- als auch in Gruppensituationen * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie ein gewisses Ma an Reisebereitschaft **
