Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify product gaps, and generate and execute marketing plans to drive portfolio growth. Provide follow-up to sales force by answering product questions via e-mail and phone, cross-referencing competitive products, preparing quotes and conducting competitive pricing analyses. Extract data using special tools and software, responding to data-related queries, setting up processes to make data more efficient, analyzing, and interpreting trends from the data, and reporting trends to add business value. Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports, and work cross functionally with the analyst team to develop specialized reporting to address business needs. Assist in creating and delivering communications and training programs for sales reps and follow up with them to ensure timely and efficient field support. May deliver training to sales reps Offer top-tier customer service through swift, thoughtful replies.

Excellent presentation skills for large and small group

Must have strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills and experience with reporting software like SAP, DART, and Tableau

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Unrestricted permanent US work authorization

Travel required 25% of time.
