Position Overview: As a Recruiting Intern at BSC Industries, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. This internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about connecting talented individuals with rewarding career opportunities. You will work closely with our HR Manager to support various recruitment initiatives, learn industry best practices, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Screening: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.

Candidate Outreach: Conduct initial outreach to candidates via email or phone to gauge interest and availability. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including organizing and maintaining candidate databases, updating job postings, and preparing recruitment-related documentation.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics and reports. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and team members.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus, but not required
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for recruiting and talent acquisition.

This position offers flexible hours and is expected to provide 10-15 hours a week of work.
