Job Description: Are you looking for an alternate schedule to better suit your lifestyle? We are offering a Full-Time weekend schedule of Friday Monday, availability on all shifts. Are you passionate about setting up mechanical equipment and supporting associates in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a CNC Operator.

???? Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate assigned mechanical equipment.
  • Ensure that items produced pass quality control requirements.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and perform adjustments.
  • Read and interpret blueprints if applicable.
  • Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to 5S standards to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

???? Qualifications:

  • Perform work under general supervision with 2+ years of experience.
  • Handle basic issues and problems independently, referring more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Possess a working knowledge of subject matter.
  • Ability to interpret work instructions accurately.
  • Proficiency in following written and verbal directions.
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
