Use data to monitor, supervise, & evaluate KPIs; proactively propose & champion continuous improvement

Participate in and develop external relationships with startups, analysts, consultants, & researchers

Collaborate within the team and other regional & global functional teams to consolidate different viewpoints, clarify problem statements, identify strategy, and develop high-impact solutions

Collaborate with engineers, researchers and external industry experts to incorporate innovations and make strategic recommendations

Be the go-to manager for all things operations related to assigned projects and services

Leverage your unique experiences & perspective within the team and help us think creatively about how to approach many of the biggest challenges and opportunities

Communicate priorities, activities, and results to the larger organization, while ensuring deliverables are met. Have a strong pulse and feedback loop on organizational needs

Design and execute experiments/proofs of concept that are intuitive & exceptionally planned

Develop strategy and implementation plans for future mobility concepts, including program design, product offerings, pricing, and communication strategy

Job Requirements:

Candidate should have demonstrated performance as a leader of change, regardless of position or function; be willing to challenge the status quo; be able to handle resistance to change and engender support for change in others

Candidate should be an organized, structured problem solver with a proven ability to think analytically and to apply advanced problem solving techniques to realize quantifiable results

Candidate should have managed multiple projects, demonstrating increasing responsibility commensurate with sound project management and organizational skills

Passionate and frequent user of mobility services and technology services and advocate of their potential impact on the world

Advanced interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills necessary. The ability to effectively communicate strategy, status, progress, issues, and changes to diverse audiences

Candidate should have a bias for meaningful action and a strong intellectual curiosity; ability to drive forward solutions in ambiguous situations with limited supervision

Candidate should have a customer focus and a clear understanding that customer (both internal and external) needs are the essential driver of a successful project
