Position Overview Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. As an Agent Team Member, you will receive Hourly pay plus commission/bonus Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) Commission plus bonus Flexible hours Valuable experience Hiring Bonus up to $ Requirements Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening People-oriented Organizational skills Self-motivated Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving Dedicated to customer service Able to learn computer functions Ability to multi-task Ability to effectively relate to a customer Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please complete our application. About Our Agency We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Arlington/Mansfield. Our office is open Monday - Friday 9-5:30. I have been a State Farm agent since 2007. We have 25 years of combined insurance experience in our office. Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Silver Scroll, and Bronze Tablet Additional languages spoken: Spanish and Vietnamese Please do not call office - we will contact you State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
