The benefits we offer to our employees include:•Medical (including prescription plan)•Dental•Vision•Short-Term Disability•Long-Term Disability•Health Care and Dependent Care Spending Account•Life Insurance•Safe Harbor 401k Plan, where the company contributes 3% of annual salary.•Employee Assistance Program•Vacation & PTO•Paid Maternity/Parental Leave•12 Paid Holidays•Flexible Work Schedules - with a great balance of working from home and in the office.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork with respective departments/personnel to create and distribute:Create and update literature (brochures, flyers, presentations, etc.)Create content for social media accounts and website updatesEnsure all externally available content is updated to reflect any changes in sales philosophy, corporate identity, branding, etc.Coordinate tradeshow and event logistics including internal attendee registration, company profile submission, material and booth shipment, Salesforce entry of event details, etc.Communicate with external vendors to secure marketing materials and collateralAssist in managing company social media channels (primarily LinkedIn and Facebook) including advertising efforts on both channelsCreate graphics for general marketing use (ads, brochures, social media, etc.)Other supportive marketing tasks Requirements Fluent Spanish speakerUnderstanding of digital marketing and corresponding KPIStrong project management skillset; highly organized with careful attention to detailStrong analytical skills; ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable recommendationsAbility to work and influence cross-functionalityExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and SpanishProficient with Adobe content creation software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience working with HubSpot, or similar marketing automation platform preferredOther RequirementsGood communication skillsHigh energy / motivated personalityAbility to multitaskWillingness to learn new thingsAbility to work with a teamHighest moral and ethical standardsConfidentiality extremely importantThe above statements and information are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
