JOB DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1.Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to develop a 3-5-year overhaul plan for the facility. 2.Coordinate parts, labor and timing with plant and contractors for individual equipment overhauls and Rebuild schedules. 3.Expand upon the existing Preventive Maintenance program by identifying areas of opportunity, developing and documenting individual PM activities, scheduling the work, auditing PM effectiveness and tracking the rate of completion. Standardizing PM procedures to meet Wis-Pak standards. 4.Work with vendors and purchasing to secure competitive quotes for plant projects and planned work. 5.Provide coverage for the Maintenance Lead, and Inventory Clerk as needed. 6.Planning work including ordering required parts, kitting parts, and scheduling maintenance work. 7.Track and or develop KPI's for the maintenance department and Facility. QUALIFICATIONS Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or the equivalent; prefer 2 years of additional education in Production Operations. Looking for a minimum of 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience but will consider other commensurate education/experience combinations. Requires good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills. Must have a proven ability to problem solve. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Requires good math skills and computer skills including Microsoft Office.
