CFC has a need for a Strategic Services Analyst to join the Facilitation Services team. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work at our headquarters office in Sterling, VA, as well as optional remote workdays. The Strategic Services Analyst assists in the day-to-day operations, delivery, expertise, and analysis of the Strategic Services Group's facilitation services, and provides ongoing support and expertise of other value-added services. This position works within Strategic Services Group, organization, and the membership.
As a Strategic Services Analyst, you will:
Assist in the development and delivery, including periodic member on-site activities, of member-facing strategic facilitation services, including developing surveys, tabulating and analyzing results, preparing presentations, and creating session materials.
Assist with strategic facilitation member communications, which may include pre-planning calls, session logistics, distributing surveys, preparing marketing materials for members, and answering member inquiries while ensuring quality control and accuracy.
Develop and implements procedures and templates for new services and products, enhancements to existing services and products, and streamlining the delivery of strategic facilitation services.
Assist in the mining of data and analyzing models to support the preparation of various reports and materials for CFC members and various levels of management.
Assist in the design, development and delivery of training material for internal staff and partners on strategic facilitation services and other products and services as assigned.
Collaborate with others to assist in the development of marketing and educational materials for the strategic facilitation services.
Assist with the efforts to enhance, modify, streamline or potentially exit existing CFC value-added products and services as assigned.
To be successful, you will need:
Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.
3 years of relevant experience required.
Survey Monkey and Salesforce skills preferred.
Project management experience preferred.
Proven ability to deliver superior customer service.
Advanced verbal and written communication and negotiation skills, with proven attention to detail.
Proven time-management and organizational skills.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
Intermediate MS Office skills.
Proven understanding of general business practices
Proven experience in intermediate data analysis, modeling and data mining.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure of deadlines and changing priorities.
Knowledge of the cooperative business model and electric cooperative industry preferred.
